What Does a Spin Scooter Cost Per Minute? The per-minute cost of a Spin scooter changes based on location. In different cities, the fee ranges from 15 cents to 40 cents. You will pay for every minute that you have the scooter. Counting from the time you unlock the scooter, the meter will run to track your minutes.

They’re bright orange, electric and users can take them almost anywhere within the confines of the City. Operators can request fleet increases if they are experiencing strong ridership and meeting permit rules.
